If your total spend is over £150 then delivery is free, anything under £150 will cost around £8 to mainland UK.

Yes once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation by email.
We can deliver stocks as early as next day if we receive orders by 12pm. For MTO orders are delivery times are usually 4-6 weeks landed.
We have our own delivery drivers, but we also use Fedex, DHL and UPS.
We ship to mainland UK, and all other Countries, contact us for shipping rates.
Any Goods which you believe are defective must be returned to us within 45 days of purchase (there is no need to telephone us).
· We do not send out replacements. We will send you a credit note on receipt of your return of goods which we agree are defective.
· We recommend using recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage.
· Returns are sent at your own expense.
No we don't do refunds. For any faulty goods we will provide credit notes.

Products are packed in individual opp bags. We also offer packaging and processing at a cost. We can also supply your own logo cards at a cost, contact us for more information. MTO orders can come packaged as per your requirements.
